Charles joined the Schlegel Financial Group team in October of 2018 as a Financial Advisor and Director of Operations with 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he was the Operations Manager at Bernard R. Wolfe and Associates, a financial planning firm located in Chevy Chase, MD. His primary responsibilities were to manage the office personnel, trading systems, create financial plans, and work with clients on complex issue resolution.
At Schlegel Financial Group, he will assist in the management of the day to day operations in addition to providing financial advice to our existing and prospective clients. Charles utilizes his prior experience at Bernard Wolfe and Associates to work directly with clients in discussing investment opportunities, portfolio construction, and risk analysis. He is well versed and knowledgeable about the markets, asset allocation, and tax and estate planning. Charles helps create the investment portfolios and does the on-going due diligence.
Charles is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and played on both the football and baseball teams. In his free time Charles enjoys strength training and spending time with his family. Charles is married to Nicole and together they have two sons, Charles V and Henry James.
